It is official

It is official Las Vegas is going to be our home for the next 4 years. We are so excited to be going there and feel really good about this opportunity. We are very sad about leaving family and friends but Las Vegas is so close that there can be lots of visits.

Spring!

I love spring I am soooo excited for it to get warm. Leila loves to be outside, she will stand by the door, knock on the door and say "out". We love to go to my brother's soccer games, he plays for Jordan high school, they are really good this year. It has been so fun to watch him and see him get better and better. Leila also loves to go to the soccer games, she runs around, pretends she is kicking a ball and tries to run on the field with the other boys. There was a hill at the field we were at I tried to teach Leila to roll down the hill but she didn't quite understand she just kept turning to her stomach and sliding down the hill. Growing up too fast

On Saturday I was getting ready, I walked out of the bathroom to find Leila in the kitchen with my bra on. And then yesterday we were at my parents house and Leila put on my sisters high heels and then Paul's flip flops. What a silly girl, I didn't get pictures of the shoes put I did of the bra.

Leslie and Jason

Yeah my sister Leslie is finally engaged. She and Jason have dated for almost 4 years, we have been waiting for this for quite some time. They went on a cruise this past week and while they were in Jamaca Jason popped the question. We back at home knew this was happening because Jason let us in on the surprise. Leslie on the other hand was shocked because Jason and the jewler told her it would take several more weeks before her ring would be ready. Leslie told me she was so shocked that she forgot to say yes. We are so excited for her and excited to welcome Jason to the family although it already seems like he is family because we have known him for so long. Congratulations you guys, we know you will be very happy!

Macaroni

Leila got up this morning, I was asking her what she wanted for breakfast, she went to the cupboard and pulled out some macaroni, at first I was like no that is not a breakfast food but then I figured that if she would eat it that would be better then trying to force her to eat something she did not want. So while she was eating it I decided to look at some blogs, I looked up just in time to see her placing macaronin in her hair, down her pajamas and down the sides of the highchair.

Life

I am finally back. Life has been so busy lately, I feel like I am either cleaning up after Leila, working, playing with Leila, trying to get our house ready to sell or working out to P90X. Usually the time I do my blogging is now spent doing my workouts. My body is constantly sore from the workouts but it feels good to be exercising and I really like the workout because it something Paul likes and so we can do it together.

Leila has been such a busy girl lately, she is into everything and learning new things everyday. She has the nickname the "little destroyer" because honestly everywhere she goes something gets destroyed. Here are some pictures off the destruction she can cause. Leila is also learning lots of new things her new word are "ah oh baby", "mama" (only when she is upset or sad), "dada", "whoa", "oh dear", "doll", "no no", "ball", and "grandpa". It is so much fun to teach her things or see her learn something just by watching us.
