Disneyland Day 2

We got up early on Wednesday and went to Disneyland right when it opened.  We first went to visit Rapunzel and Flynn Rider since that line always seemed to be long we went there first thing before there was much of a wait.  Leila loved Rapunzel but was a little nervouse around Flynn, Greydon LOVED Rapunzel, he was smiling and giggling at her the entire time we were in the room.

We rode a few rides at Disneyland and then headed over to California adventures.   With Ariane's credit card we could do a special meet and greet with characters so we went and met Chip and Dale.  We then rushed over to get tickets for World of Color and then we spent most of the morning and afternoon riding rides in California Adventures.  Ariane scheduled a princess lunch for Leila, when she first told us I thought it was just for her and Leila.  Which I was totally fine with because I had wanted to schedule it for Leila too but it was way too expensive for us to afford so I was just excited the Leila was going to get to do it.  But right before the lunch Ariane corrected me ans said it was for all of us, I was super excited!

Greydon was asleep but Chip or Dale (I can't tell who is who) was nice to make sure he was still included!

 Lunch at Ariel's Grotto

We were lucky to be seated right where the princesses came out so Leila was the first person in the room to meet each princess, which was nice because we didn't have to deal with Leila being impatient about meeting them.

This gilr makes such a good Snow White, she was so pretty and carried her self just like snow white.  Leila was happy to finally meet her, she had already met most of the other princesses.

And the food was absolutely delicious, probably worth every penny that it cost!

It was so fun seeing Disneyland decorated for Christmas, it makes it so magical.  By the end of day two Leila was daring enough to meet any character we came across

We had to go meet the fairies of Pixie Hollow.  The line was pretty short and we happened to be in line with two other 3 year olds, so the girls had fun playing together while waiting.

Leila ran right up and hugged both Tinkerbell and Vidia, and Tinkerbell was seriously the perfect girl with the the cutest little fairy voice, it fit her character perfect!

And then it was back to California Adventures to wait to see World of Color.  We had gotten red tickets which we were told were not the best (they said yellow was the best).  Well boy did we get lucky, by the time we were let in all the was left in the red area was splash zone but the worker told be it was not really that wet just a mist. Well with the splash zone we ended up front row right in the center with a perfect veiw of the entire show.  Leila had fallen asleep in the stroller and i should have just let her sleep but I was worried that she would wake up at the end and be upset that she missed it (totally something Leila would do).  So we woke her up when the show started, huge mistake.  She was grouchy and just wanted to sleep and whined through most of the show.  But we still enjoyed it, I heard some friends describe it as the Bellagio on steroids and that it what Paul and I were calling it after we saw it.  It was amazing,  I would have loved to see it again!
We headed back to the hotel after this.  While waiting for our shuttle we almost saw several fights, it was crazy.  People sure get grumpy when it is late and they are dealing with tired children.
