On Monday October 21st Geydon had his preschool field trip to the pumpkin patch and I was lucky enough to get to tag along.
He was so excited to ride the bus, after watching Leila ride a bus to and from school everyday he had been dying for his turn.
When we first got there they were read a couple stories about pumpkins.
Next they got to pet all the baby animals and help feed them.
Then they got to explore the pumpkin patch and see all the different kinds of pumpkins that the farm grows.
They played in the hay maze and then got to go on a train ride
Then the kids had some free time to play in the corn pool, climb on the haystack, swing and play in the box. The box ended up being Greydon's favorite thing. It was this giant box that turned into a maze that you had to crawl through in the dark. I thought Greydon would freak out but he loved it and kept asking to go again and again.
And at the very end they got to pick a little pumpkin to take home.
We had so much fun even though it was freezing cold, and I'm so happy I got to go along.
