Halloween Happenings

On Saturday we had our ward trunk or treat and chili cook off.

On Saturday the 26th we went to  the last downtown farmers market of the season, it was chilly but at least it wasn't windy or rainy.  We had to get all of our favorites, apples cider donuts, mango's on a stick, and papusas.  The food is always delicious, and it's one of our favorite Saturday  morning activities.  

After the farmer's market we stopped at the pumpkin patch that Greydon went to for his field trip, he really wanted to show everyone the "box".  By this point the wind had a picked up and it was really cold so we didn't stay long.  

\Last night we carved pumpkins.  Even though we went to the pumpkin patch and apple orchard this year we didn't get our pumpkins from there.  Instead our friends know someone with their own  giant pumpkin patch and so they showed up at our house with a truck full of pumpkins.  This kids jumped in the back and picked out their own pumpkins.  

Even though Asher is making a yucky face he quite enjoyed cleaning the pumpkins out.  

Leila picked a cat face, Asher picked a ghost and Greydon picked a ghost face.
